The main drivers for choosing this solution was to have a decentralised system aiding in CAPEX & OPEX costs, mitigates any potential summer overheating, an all in one (heating, hot water & ventilation) system supplied by one manufacturer & most importantly ensures efficient operation with a clean healthy living environment for the tenant.
